We are thrilled to have Hofesh Shechter join our amazing lineup for Fluid Festival's 10th Anniversary, October 14 - 26, 2015, with their show Barbarians! He is an Israeli dancer and choreographer that has been based out of the United Kingdom since 2002. Shechter also composes music for the majority of the performances he writes and choreographs, as he has experience in studying music and playing percussion in his background. The Hofesh Shechter Company is a UK based dance company that tests the limits of contemporary dance, performance and movement in a conceptual and emotional realm onto the stage.  Please feel free to check out their website as the Schecter Performance company wants you to “Take a wander” & they promise they will take you nowhere.  http://www.hofesh.co.uk/bag

Since then it has been performed in several festivals and events, with the music in this performance also composed by Hofesh Shechter.  In March- April of this year Shechter also presented a commissioned piece called “Untouchable” to the Royal Ballet! (How Exciting!)
