Kyra Newton

Kyra Newton is a Calgary based contemporary dance artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance and Sociology from Simon Fraser University. Newton is a freelance choreographer, movement facilitator and performer and the co-creator of YYC Contemporary technique. She is passionate about creating dance work in collaboration with artists from different mediums and working equitably in her community.
